Camp Choctaw is a summer day camp for boys and girls ages 6-12. The camp will be held at Doug Tew Center and Wiregrass Recreation Center. Children enjoy two weeks of carefully planned activities including: swimming, arts and crafts, music, games, field trips, and more. Bus transportation will be provided at designated pick-up points to be announced after registration. The registration fee of $80.00 will cover the cost of all supplies, a camp t-shirt, transportation, daily snacks, and art supplies. Supplies Required Daily: sack lunch, bathing suit, towel, tennis shoes There will be four two-week sessions of Camp Choctaw for ages 6-12 from 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. daily.

Each session is limited to 75 campers and registration will be on a first come, first serve basis.   Required for registration: Child's name, age, address, birth date, t-shirt size Parent's names, places of employment and work numbers Emergency contact person and phone number Family doctor and any allergies or medications All participants must provide a birth certificate at the time of registration!

2012 registration & session dates are as follows:

Registration May 8th & 9th from 4-6 pm at Doug Tew Rec Center only. 
Registration will continue at Doug Tew, beginning May 10th Monday through Friday from 9 a.m.-4 p.m.

Session 3 July 2-13, 2012 (closed on July 4th)
