Citizen Observer Program

The Dothan Police Department operates a seven-week police academy in which the role of law enforcement in the community is addressed. Following completion of the program, Citizen Observers are allowed to ride along with police officers to observe police activities first hand.  For more information, contact Special Operations at 615-3681
