East on Interstate 10 traveling through Florida until U.S. 231 North.  Turn left on U.S. 231 and continue North entering Alabama.  At Ross Clark Circle, U.S. 231 turns into U.S. 231 Bus continue North until Main Street (U.S. 84) turn right on Main Street continue two blocks until Saint Andrews Street and turn left.  The Civic Center is located on the right.

From Tallahassee:
