Board created by Ord. No. 7055 adopted Dec. 7, 1982, and provides that City Electrical Superintendent serve as chairman, the City Electrical Inspector, one general business person, and two licensed electrical contractors serve as members and be appointed by and serve at the pleasure of the City Commissioners, upon the recommendation of other electrical contractors.
