Res. No. 2009-359, dated 09/22/09, amended the terms of members to coincide with those of their respective appointing Commissioner. The terms of the Mayor's appointee and the terms of the six at large appointees shall coincide with the term of office of the Mayor.

Meetings are held the first Monday of each month.
