The complex was the host site for the 1994 Alabama Dixie Youth State Tournament, the 1996 Dixie Youth World Series, the 2005 Dixie Girls Softball World Series, and the 2006 Ozone Dixie Youth World Series! Larry and Rona Dykes Walking/Jogging Trail The Larry and Rona Dykes trail is a 3.5 mile walking, jogging, or biking trail. The avid runner will enjoy the 3.5 mile loop around the perimeter of Westgate Park.  There is also a two-mile exercise trail with recommended exercises and helpful information posted along the way.  Whether you are out for a run or are seeking a relaxing nature stroll, the Westgate trail is well-kept, convenient, and suited for you! Westgate Soccer Complex The soccer complex offers three regulation size soccer fields all fit for night play plus concession and restroom facilities. Northcutt Athletic Complex The Northcutt Complex contains a football/soccer field and a baseball field, complete with a concession area and dressing rooms. Miracle Field Complex Dothan Leisure Services is excited about the new addition of Miracle Field at Westgate Park.  The Rotary Miracle Field is a slpecially equipped baseball field accessible to mentally and physically challenged children and adults.  It is flanked by two Dixie Boys' fields, and includes a concession stand and restrooms. Dothan Kiwanis Park and Trail   Dothan Kiwanis Park is the ideal setting for your birthday parties or family gatherings.  This new addition to Westgate Park is a popular playground, pavilion with restrooms, and a 1/2 mile lit and paved walking and jogging trail.  The playground offers age-appropriate equipment in designated areas for children, ages 2-5, as well as ages 5-12.  The playground surface is poured rubber, which is very child-friendly.  The pavilion's seating capacity is approximately 48 people.   Kiwanis Park also has six eight-foot picnic tables nestled on the edge of the playground that allow different groups to enjoy the park at the same time.  Dothan Kiwanis Park facilities are all handicapped accessible. Westgate Recreation Center Westgate Recreation Center is located in the heart of Westgate Park and is named after former Mayor James W. Grant.  Amenities include:  an indoor heated pool, gymnasium, physical fitness room, sauna, whirlpool, racquetball courts, volleyball court, and athletic fields. An aquacise class in the heated indoor pool at James W. Grant     The weight room in James W.
